6 Steps for Health Reframing
At one time you might experience a very disturbing body symptom, and you don't like it. In this condition we usually want to stop it, for example a feeling of extreme pain during toothache, and others.

Well, often we want to get rid of pain that aches quickly by taking ponstan or other painkillers. But actually this is very unwise, because it can be likened to turning off a fire alarm without putting out the fire itself. Why?

Once the sense of pain disappears, then we then calm down and get back on the move. If the pain comes again, it will immediately take the painkiller before, so that the disappearance will disappear soon. It is a very big misunderstanding, generally people can not distinguish between 'feeling of pain' and 'toothache'. We need to understand that 'pain' is different from 'toothache' itself.

One of the presuppositions of NLP said that: "All actions have a positive intention". So if our body does an action, maybe we think is a problem, but actually our body has a positive intention. For example, the feeling of pain when we have a toothache is a problem. When in fact the body intends to be positive to us. The body wants to inform that there is something wrong with our teeth that there is an illness or problem in our teeth / gums.

By giving a sense of pain, then we come to know that "there is a problem in our teeth or gums". The stronger the pain, the greater the positive intention the body tells how the problem with our teeth is a big problem!

Well, if we eradicate good intentions with pain relievers, it means that we do not respect the good intentions of our bodies, and even tend to "kill" the body's ability to give alarm when there is such danger.

Imagine the situation like this, you leave the house to a security guard to be watched. But every time the security guard tells you there is a danger that might threaten you, instead you silence him, and are not grateful for the information. Because you think the way the security guard told me why this is very annoying, "...... cook do you have to hit the block so hard, does it disturb my sleep?" Well, finally you reprimand the security guard, even stuffing the block so it doesn't sound anymore.

After experiencing this many times, what should be the behavior of the security guard? I think it's clear here.

Try, compare this way: You thank the Security Guard for being alone
